My name is Kathryn (or Huang Wei in Chinese)
I'm 16 and I'm from the US. My Chinese is still mediocre at best.
All three of these say the same thing. The only difference is that the first is in Mandarin Chinese, the second in Pinyin and the third is in my native tongue, English. That said, I'm pretty sure some of the Chinese is wrong.. Apologies to anybody who can read it.
To explain all of this--
I'm a Rotary Youth Exchange student from Oregon, USA to Yilan, Taiwan. I've been in Taiwan since August 25, 2011 and I plan on being here until the summer of 2012. Since I will be away from everything that is familiar for such a long time, I will blog about my new lifestyle to keep everyone back home up to speed.
Feel free to live vicariously through me. After all, that's what this blog is all about. :)
